Qualification:

1. D3 Computer Engineering graduate, priority for new graduates, maximum 30 years old
2. Mastering troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking systems
3. Able to communicate well and be consultative via telephone, chat, online forums and email.
4. Honest, Thorough, Passionate, Agile in work and able to work under pressure
5. Can speak English at least passive

Jobdesk:

1. Able to complete troubleshooting in a timely manner both offline and online.
2. Responsible for network systems, software/hardware maintenance used by the company.
3. Perform periodic instrument repairs
