Responsibilities:

• Analyze client needs in the education sector and provide appropriate technology solutions, particularly related to LMS and SIS systems.
• Design and implement integrations between SIS and LMS systems.
• Provide technical support and training to clients on the use of LMS and SIS.
• Understand and analyze online education system flows in various institutions, such as schools, universities, and training institutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful solution implementation.
• Provide consultation and recommendations to clients regarding the optimization of technology use in the learning process.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of information technology (IT).
• In-depth knowledge of LMS (Learning Management System) and SIS (Student Information System).
• Proficiency in SIS to LMS integration processes.
• Familiarity with online education system flows in schools, universities, and training institutions.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant field.
• Minimum D3/S1 degree in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
